Order Handling Time
We are working really hard to optimize our end-to-end supply chain to deliver you the products as fast as possible at a very cheaper rate. Once we receive Your Order for “Stock Products”, We will push Your order to our shipping partner almost instantaneously after when we get a payment confirmation from our payment processor. Based on which shipping option you choose, Your order will be prioritized and handled. For all available shipping options, please refer to our shipping options section on this page. Out of stock & Delayed Orders
If any item(s) are out of stock, we will inform you as “Out Of Stock” on the corresponding product detail pages. If there is any delay in handling the order, we will let you in prior via email. If there is any delay in delivering the package, you will directly be notified by our shipping partners. No substitutions of items will be made without your prior consent.
We offer two shipping options to choose from. Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. the order processing time for both Standard and Expedited shipping is less than an hour. the order handling time may vary anywhere between 24-48 hours depends on the shipping option you choose and the items in your order. For more information, refer shipping partners section. The estimated delivery for expedited shipping is 1-2 days and the estimated delivery for standard shipping is 3-5 business days. When you order over $25 per order, you have an option to choose free expedited shipping when you checkout. For more shipping rates, please see the table rates below:

We work with the leading shipping companies including UPS, USPS, FedEx to deliver your products right on time. For most of our website orders, we use Amazon shipping to make sure you get the fastest delivery. If your order has shipped but you don’t see tracking information, note the following:
- It can take a while for carriers to update their tracking information. Allow at least one day after shipping for tracking information to appear.
- Some carriers provide only the last tracking event, which is Delivered. In these cases, we can’t provide more detailed tracking information.
If your order has not shipped by the estimated delivery date, contact us.
If your order hasn’t been delivered within seven days after the estimated delivery date, you are eligible to file for lost reimbursement. Orders that the carrier marks as delivered are not eligible for reimbursement.
The reimbursement amount is calculated and will be sent to you as a refund.
If your order was damaged in transit, you are eligible to file for damaged reimbursement. You must provide photographic proof of the damaged item to get reimbursement.
