Pumped Up Meatballs

Ingredients:

100 g. Bolk Choy
75 g. onion
15 g. @shrewdfoodco Protein Croutons blended into crumbs
18 g. miso paste
8 g. chili paste
4 g. ginger paste
15 g. soy sauce
5 g. cilantro
46 g. liquid egg whites
448 g. raw 96/4 ground beef

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment powder.  
  3. Add all ingredients minus croutons and beef to a food processor.  
  4. Blend a couple of seconds.
  5. Transfer to a large bowl and mix beef and blended croutons.  
  6. Roll into 24 balls.  
  7. Bake 30 min.
