Keto-fied Brownie Sundae Giveaway

On a warm summer day, what’s better than a gooey brownie topped with some decadent ice cream? What about a keto-fied version of that delicious brownie made with @ketoqueenkreations1 keto Brownie Mix and Rocky Road or Cherry Cordial ice cream packed with the chocolate crunch of @shrewdfoodco Keto Dippers?

Ice Cream:
Ice Cream Base:
- 1c Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2T Sweetener of choice
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- Rocky Rock Add-ins:
- 1T Cocoa Powder
- 5 Sugar-Free Marshmallows of choice Chopped
- 3-4T Sliced Almonds
- 1 bag Shrewd Food Milk Chocolate Dippers chopped in half
- Cherry Cordial Add-ins:
- 1tsp Cherry Extract
- 1/2tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4c No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling
- 1/2tsp red food coloring (optional)
- 1 bag Shrewd Food Dark Chocolate Dippers chopped in half
Add base ingredients into a mason jar + cocoa powder (regardless of which recipe you use, just take note the different measurements for each) Shake it for 5 minutes combining it really well. After 5 minutes stick into the freezer for two hours. Now mix in your add-ins of either ice cream, then place back in the freezer for 4 more hours or till the consistency you like.
Brownie:
- Keto Queen Kreations Brownie Mix
- 3 eggs
- 12T butter
Brownie made according to package instructions and poured into brownie cups, pushing a dipper in the middle of each one. Bake at 350 for 9 minutes. Let cool completely and then top with the ice cream of choice. Add a Keto Dipper to the top for extra decoration.
