Fall Essentials by Purely Healthy Living

Summer may be over but the fun is about to get better! I think that September is just our yearly reminder that the best is yet to come, don’t you agree? Starting off with pumpkin season and all the cool activities that fall has to offer; from corn maze labyrinths, apple picking, and baking!


The beginning of fall also means that the coolest events are coming as well! Halloween parties, Dia de Muertos (or day of the death from my Mexican heritage), Thanksgiving dinners, and of course Christmas.

Also, this is the time of the year where time truly flies! So this is your reminder to enjoy the moment and live in the present. Being that said, here are some of my fall essentials! All the fun goodies to enjoy and live his fall season at its fullest!

Baked goods!

I think one major thing about fall is the recipes and one thing that personally makes me so excited, so having something to bake is essential for the season. Here are some ingredients from my blog, Purely Healthy Living (all keto-friendly)!
