Cheesy Cauli-Mac


  • One head of cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2/3 block of cream cheese
  • 6 oz of shredded cheddar
  • 1 bag Shrewd Food Baked Cheddar Protein Puffs 


  • Break up the cauliflower into bite-size pieces and steam is until it just getting tender.
  • In a saucepan, combine all the other ingredients. 
  • Stir together until all melted.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower, top with more cheese, add crushed up Shrewd Food Baked Cheddar Protein Puffs (pro tip – mix puffs with melted butter for extra crunch!)
