- One head of cauliflower
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 block of cream cheese
- 6 oz of shredded cheddar
- 1 bag Shrewd Food Baked Cheddar Protein Puffs
- Break up the cauliflower into bite-size pieces and steam is until it just getting tender.
- In a saucepan, combine all the other ingredients.
- Stir together until all melted.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower, top with more cheese, add crushed up Shrewd Food Baked Cheddar Protein Puffs (pro tip – mix puffs with melted butter for extra crunch!)
