Bruschetta Turkey Bake by Selina Russell
Bruschetta Turkey Bake:
- 4 oz ground turkey
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 8oz jar bruschetta
- 2 cups riced broccoli or cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 serv. Shrewd Parm Herb Protein Croutons
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
Sautéed garlic and onion, after caramelized, add broccoli rice and let cook. Then add ground turkey. Once finished, add bruschetta and let simmer for 5 min on low heat. Turn off heat and add 1/4 cup of mozzarella and stir. Transfer to a small oven-safe dish and smooth surface. Top with the rest of mozzarella and crushed protein croutons. Broil for 12 minutes.
