\So easy, so good, so worth it!
1 small winter squash.
1 cup mozzarella cheese.
1/2 lb ground chicken cooked in marinara sauce. I used @raoshomemade.
1 bag of @shrewdfoodco sour cream and onion puffs.
Seasonings: olive oil, @kinderssauce buttery steakhouse, and @redmondrealsalt
Cut the squash in half and add seasonings.
Air fry for 30 min at 300F
Scrape insides of the squash with a fork to make the pasta
Create layers in this order: squash pasta, cheese, meat, cheese, the second layer of squash pasta, cheese, and finish topping with the perfect crunch of protein puffs (we used Sour Cream & Onion) 🤤🤤
Cook until cheese melts and enjoy!
