Cheesy Cauli-Mac 

Ingredients:  One head of cauliflower 1/3 cup heavy cream 2/3 block of cream cheese 6 oz of shredded cheddar 1 bag Shrewd Food Baked Cheddar Protein Puffs  Directions:  Break up the cauliflower into bite-size pieces and steam is until it just getting tender.
